"It is a shame to have paid this office for 7 years and be treated in such an unprofessional manner. I had 2 claims thru this office. The first claim I had formally asked to have withdrawn and had Ms Denise call and lie to me and say after the adjuster visits it cannot be removed, that is not true. 2nd claim I had the adjuster come to my house ignore whole rooms in the claim, stonewall, unanswered calls to my contractor, as well undercut the full amount by 10k. Only until they found out I recorded and video taped every interaction with every point person on phone and in my home, did they take the correct action. It is just a shame to be lied to about having claims withdrawn as well having to video record all these interactions to prove I am not being treated fair. As well not answering me, they dropped me instead of taking the action I requested. I have turn all this in to my person to look over. State Farm only cares about the stars they pay at the big games or influencers with large following. At least I have everything documented. as well contacted SF complaints DOI and NAIC."
